Returns & Exchanges

As an artist-run business, I take pride in creating unique and high-quality products. While I strive to ensure customer satisfaction, please note that due to the custom nature of my phone cases, I'm unable to offer returns or exchanges for changes of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. I'll be happy to replace the item or offer a full refund. Simply send me a photo of the damaged item to hello@thebellerebelle.com I typically respond to emails within 24 business hours.

Regarding sizing

I understand that choosing the correct phone model can sometimes be tricky. If you find you've selected the wrong size, please reach out to me. While exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis, I'll do my best to find a solution that works for you.

A few helpful questions..

Where do you ship from?

I partner with Hatch Global, a leading print-on-demand service, to fulfill your custom phone case orders. Hatch has a global network of production facilities, ensuring efficient delivery to your location.

When will my order be shipped?

The Custom phone cases are created on a print-on-demand basis. Once your order is confirmed, it typically takes 2-5 business days for production. You'll receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. However, you can expect the following general estimates:

  • UK: 1-3 business days

  • Europe: 3-8 business days

  • USA & Canada: 6-12 business days

  • International: 5-10 business days

I’ve lost my confirmation email / I didn’t receive a confirmation email..

Please check your junk mail folder to make sure the email hasn’t landed in there by mistake.

How do I pay for my order?

The Belle Rebelle uses Stripe Payments to process your payments. At checkout, you’ll have the option to select your preferred payment method and will be taken through a secure checkout.

I haven't received my order, where is it?

If your phone case hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact me at hello@thebellerebelle.com after 5 business days for UK orders or 10 business days for international orders.

I received my order but it’s incorrect or damaged..

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or incorrect phone case, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@thebellerebelle.com I will gladly arrange a replacement free of charge.

Which shipping methods do you use?

Hatch Global utilizes various reputable shipping carriers to ensure your phone case arrives safely and efficiently. The specific carrier will depend on your location. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the delivery and tracking details.
