The Belle Rebelle
If you are not completely satisfied with your recent purchase, I am happy to accept an artwork returned in its original condition. Any artwork that is damaged or not in its original packaging will not be accepted for a return. Please note the delicacy of the product and that you need to handle your purchase with absolute care.
You have the right to cancel your purchase, for any reason, within 14 days of having received the order (or from the day after you receive the last item of your order). If you wish to exercise this right, please inform me of your cancellation by sending an email to hello@thebellerebelle.com After cancelling the purchase, you have to return the product within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product.
For returns in accordance with this policy, a full refund is offered, provided that the artworks that you return are in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means that the artwork should not be damaged, soiled or altered in any way.
When your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, which could take up to 10 work days. Any refunds made will be made to the method of payment provided when you placed your order. The refund will exclude the cost of returning the package to us, as well as any import costs.

Where do you ship from?
I partner with the number one art fulfilment service in the UK, who print and dropship your order internationally. With production in the UK, Germany & USA we guarantee no extra customs charges on UK-EU-USA print orders.
When will my order be shipped?
The Belle Rebelle operates on a print on demand basis. It takes around 2-5 working days for your order to be printed & dispatched. Delivery times will depend on your location, but an estimate will be provided in advance.
Which shipping methods do you use?
Your orders will be processed through DHL Express Courier. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the delivery and tracking details.
I’ve lost my confirmation email / I didn’t receive a confirmation email..
Please check your junk mail folder to make sure the email hasn’t landed in there by mistake.

How do I pay for my order?
The Belle Rebelle uses Stripe Payments to process your payments. At checkout, you’ll have the option to select your preferred payment method and will be taken through a secure checkout.
I haven't received my order, where is it?
UK shipping takes approx 1-2 working days to arrive, Europe approx 1-4 working days, USA & Canada approx 2-5 working days, and international shipping takes around 5-10 working days. If you have been waiting to receive your order longer than 5 business days in the uk or longer than 10 business days outside the UK, then please contact me at hello@thebellerebelle.com and I will be able to help.
I received my order but it’s incorrect or damaged
In the rare occasion this might occur please contact me within 14 days of receipt at hello@thebellerbelle..com and we will be able to organize a replacement print free of charge.
