Where do you ship from? I partner with Hatch Global, a leading print-on-demand service, to fulfil your custom phone case orders. Hatch has a global network of production facilities, ensuring efficient delivery to your location.
When will my order be shipped? The Custom phone cases are created on a print-on-demand basis. Once your order is confirmed, it typically takes 2-5 business days for production.

Can I return or exchange my phone case? Due to the custom nature of my products, I cannot offer returns or exchanges for changes of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 14 days of delivery, and I will be happy to assist you.
